Cancellation and Refund Policy

At LANDMARK OE, we understand that plans can change, and we wish to offer our customers flexible cancellation terms for our yacht tours on Crete. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Refund Policy:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to one week before the booked date.

  • 75% Refund: Cancellations made 4-6 days before the start will receive a 75% refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 2-3 days before the booked date will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked date.

Note: The refund amount, if applicable within the specified periods, is calculated based on the deposit you have made, which is typically 30% of the total. If you have paid more than the standard deposit, the refund amount will, of course, be calculated based on the higher deposit amount you have made.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Please send your cancellation request via email to tours@landmarkcrete.com. To process your request, please provide your booking number and the name under which the reservation was made.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation requests will be processed based on the date of email submission.
  • Refunds will be processed within [specify the period, e.g., 14] working days after the confirmation of your cancellation and will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers not only luggage loss, theft, and flight delays but also cancellations due to personal or health emergencies. Please check whether such insurance is already part of your private insurance policy and ensure that the coverage is sufficiently comprehensive for your needs.

Our Responsibility

As your travel organizer, we arrange transportation and all requested tourist services. However, we do not accept liability for accidents, losses, delays, or impairments of the tour caused by external events beyond our control. Participants are responsible for their own physical and health suitability and participate in the activities at their own risk.

Important Information

Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for health problems, pregnancy, or other conditions that could make your participation difficult or pose a risk. It is essential that you inform us of any relevant conditions in advance to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted for impairments that become known during the tour.
